HotelsApp ("we", "our", or "us") is a hotel, motel, and homestay management application developed by SA Technology JSC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

By using HotelsApp, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

📦 Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Username, email address, and encrypted password when you register or sign in.
  • Sign-in data: If you use Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we receive your email address and a unique identifier from those services.
  • Hotel / business data: Room configurations, booking records, rent records, menus, rules, and other data you enter into the app.
  • Usage data: Last activity timestamp, app interactions, and device information for support and analytics purposes.
  • Payment data: Transaction identifiers for in-app purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play). We do not store full card numbers or payment credentials.

  • Provide and maintain the HotelsApp service
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Process subscription payments and validate receipts
  • Sync data across your devices
  • Calculate subscription validity and access rights
  • Send important service notifications (e.g. password reset emails)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or third-party marketers.

🔒 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 and are never stored in plain text. All API communication is performed over HTTPS/TLS.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data.

HotelsApp integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

💳 In-App Purchases

HotelsApp offers subscription plans (3 months, 6 months, 1 year) through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We receive only a verification token and transaction ID to confirm your subscription.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly set up through the respective store. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

🗑️ Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Account → Delete Account). Deleting your account will permanently and irreversibly remove:

  • All booking and rent records
  • All room, room type, menu, and rule configurations
  • All sub-accounts associated with your main account
  • Your user profile and credentials
Account deletion is permanent. This data cannot be recovered after deletion.

👶 Children's Privacy

HotelsApp is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

📝 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
